We NOW have the capability to order merchandise directly on-line over the Internet.

All sales are final and products may not be returned, subject to vendors warranties.  If you have any questions, please contact the store in advance before you place your purchase.

Orders typically ship within 3 - 5 business days and time after shipping depends on your selection of shipping method.  Shipments are only made during Monday-Friday.

There are two parts to keep in mind: (1) this Friend to Friend Web Site, www.friend2friend.org , shows information about the store at UCSF/Mount Zion Store and a description of merchandise available on line, and (2) the "Store Front" that you go to when you click on a shopping cart, , or most merchandise photos.  Merchandise is groups into categories; e.g., wigs or hats.  When you click on , you see the items in that group.  Similarly, after you select an item on the "store front", you return to the list of the items in that category.  Sometimes, you'll need to scroll down to see the items you are looking for.  The merchandise appears in both parts so understanding these two parts will avoid confusion when you are shopping online.

The shopping cart on the product pages will lead you to the category page of the products that you select.  The home page for the Store Front lists all the categories listed at the left.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE ONLINE STORE FRONT:

1) Before (or after) you select merchandise, you will need to Sign In and "Login" and identify your name and assign a password that are unique for you.

"Add to Basket" selects the chosen item (& any options) and allows you to continue shopping from that product category.

"Buy One Now" selects the chose item (& any options) and goes directly to CheckOut process.

2) The "Menu" at the top of the Store Front offers information:

a) Store Front:  the "home page" of the overall list of merchandise categories

b) Account: where you can login or create your uniquely private name and password.

c) Search: to look for specific items

d) Product List: an entire list of the products organized by the groups of the merchandize categories.

e) Basket Contents: shows what items you have selected before you Checkout and allows you to modify the items before your Checkout.

f) Checkout: when ready for your purchase, follow the steps to complete the process. NOTE: if your select "Return to Shopping", you will have to Sign In again.

g) You will receive a confirming email. Use fixed font (e.g.,Courier) to align columns in the email.

You may still shop by phoning us and use your credit card.
